Survivor Challenge Winners 2022

What a privilege to have been part of the WINNING TEAM – Tawny Tigers Team during the Survivor Challenge 2022 (Francis Boersma, Marnis Boersma, Jeanne Morland and myself (Nita Conradie). What makes a successful team (1) to have various partners with different strengths, quality, fat, fitness etc (2) for all 4 team members to be committed and motivated (2) to choose the correct pair for the week-ends challenge (3) to have a good Team Captain that keeps the team accountable and have continuous communication and submit all scores etc on time (4) for the team members to support each other every week during the challenges (5) all members to do the daily 10min workouts (6) to do extra workouts during the week besides the 10min workouts ((7) to prepare for the weekly meals and to stick to the meal plans (8) to drink water (9) Have fun…..and I can go on.
I believe our team was the WINNING TEAM because we managed to comply with all the above.
Then, most of all, to have the support, commitment, love and motivation of Carmen and her team. They put so much time, effort, love into the challenge. Beautiful people inside and out.

Biggest Loser Winner 2023

Lost 10% body fat (exercise!!!!) and 21.2kg (nutrition!!!) in 10 weeks. From a professional point of view: ASTOUNDING RESULTS!!!! Omw!!!!
Her REAL LIFE STORY and TRANSFORMATION:
She started with the mindset- I want to win this competition.
I said – it’s a TOUGH one. You need to give it YOUR ALL. Not cheat with the “wrong chewing gum”….
She decided to do weights with us 2x a week also, for ultimate fat loss and not deviate 1% from her eating plan. Sent me options of “stuff ” she was not sure about to eat/drink. Everything was done to the T. She did the intermittent fasting 8/16.
LISTEN TO THIS: She is insulin resistant so I prescribed the MALE eating plan to her to make sure her sugar is OK!! Yesssss, she ate the MALE portions and still lost so much!!!!  We are sometimes sooooo scared of eating “too much” : having a mindset of ‘need to be hungry’ when losing weight.  It’s not true!!! We need to eat ultimate NUTRITIOUS FOODS. Our problem is eating too much of the “calorie dense other foods”.
Her sugar was stable…..her mindset was top notch! Success-recipe!
Yes, I want to inspire YOU today with “whatever” diagnosis or obstacle(s) that make you feel – transformation is not possible…!?! I firmly believe IT IS ➡➡➡sometimes just LOOKING at it differently and getting the right advice, mentorship and guidance ……and your life might TRULY CHANGE!!!!
Well done Nicolette!!!! You said you are ready to lose your final 15kg before the end of this year…… Excited with you to achieve that non-negotiable goal while holding your hand all the way.

She might also be my friend, BUT in this case she is a normal CLIENT (professional relationship)…. – When it comes to transformation – everything boils down to OWN discipline, SELF-commitment and the PERSONALIZED will to succeed. ⚡ That is any individuals OWN choice!!!!!!🧐 People around you might facilitate/guide the process but YOU YOURSELF decide to stay on the journey and incorporate successful habits DAILY! Nobody can do it for you……….!👌
You can have the most amazing eating plan, exercise regime, coach, mentor…….but if you don’t DO and IMPLEMENT what you are supposed to…….amazing results will be jeopardized tremendously……..😌

Survivor contestants 2022

12-week results:
1) Started with 18% fat. Ended 9%[competitive range!]. Lost almost 9kg. And still with all that scale loss added 400g to initial muscle mass!!
2) Started 15% body fat. Ended 11%. Lost 200g on scale because was already ideal BMI. BUT wanted to increase size so added 3kg muscle to initial muscle mass!!
3) Started 17% body fat. Ended 13%. Lost 1kg on scale because ideal BMI but wanted to increase size so added 3kg muscle to initial muscle mass!!
4) Started with 15% body fat. Ended 11%. Stayed exactly the same weight but added 3kg in muscle mass because wanted to add size!!
5) Started with 22% body fat, ended with 11!!!!! Lost 14kg on scale. With all that scale loss only lost 1kg in muscle mass so added sooo much muscle to new weight (if u think about it)!
